With over a decade of rich experience in the legal domain, Mark has handled disputed claims from inception to resolution across various platforms, including litigation, arbitration, negotiation, and mediation. His profound commitment to education shines through his successful coaching of hundreds of students, preparing them to excel in the Bar Examinations in both New York and New Jersey.
His Story
At Forthright, Mark plays a pivotal role in managing and mentoring a distinguished panel of arbitrators, ensuring the seamless operation of New Jersey's No-Fault Insurance Personal Injury Protection (PIP) arbitrations. His expertise is not just limited to the courtroom; Mark is a seasoned presenter at Continuing Legal Education seminars, keeping legal professionals abreast of the latest developments in the field.
